3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro or Elite). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

5. OBD2 Diagnostics Disclaimer

OBD2 diagnostic readings and AI analysis are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional mechanical inspection. Cars Guru is not liable for decisions made based on diagnostic data.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Vehicle data is processed to provide diagnostics and recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Cars Guru and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cars Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any vehicle data provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
